We offer full refunds for unopened packages only. If you received your package and changed you mind, simply mail it back for a full refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used to purchase the order and can take 3-5 business days depending on your bank. We do not accept returns of any opened packages under any circumstance in order to ensure the safety of our customers.
