What is the best way to make sure I receive my order as soon as possible?


In an ideal situation, here is what you need to do in order to receive your order in as little as 12 hours. 


1. You must live in one of the 48 continental states in the US.

2. Make sure you place your order anytime Monday - Saturday before 1 p.m. EST / 10 a.m. PST to take advantage of our same day shipping guarantee.

3. Select UPS Next Day Air Early AM as your preferred shipping method at checkout.


If you followed these 3 steps, your order will be delivered between 12-18 hours from the time you place your order.



What are your shipping hours?


Our shipping department works from Monday to Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. In order to have your order shipped out the same day, you must place your order before 1 p.m. EST / 10 a.m. PST. No exceptions! We do our best to get every order to our customers as soon as possible, however, due to the recent increase in order volume this is the latest that we can gaurantee same day shipping. No orders are shipped on Sunday.


When was my order shipped?


As of 5/19/2017, Our same day shipping guaranteed is 1 p.m. EST / 10 a.m. PST from Monday - Saturday. Orders placed after the guaranteed same day shipping time will be the very first orders to ship out the following morning. We always prioritize the orders which have been placed first when shipping, regarless of order size, quantity, or carrier. If your order was placed after 1 p.m. EST / 10 a.m. PST on Saturday, or if your order was placed on Sunday, it will be shipped out first thing on Monday morning. Please keep in mind that we do our best to get every order packaged and shipped as quickly as possible. Choosing a carrier and shipping speed that reflects the urgency of your order will allow you to set realistic expectations as to when it will arrive.



What shipping options do you offer & how much does shipping cost?


As of 5/19/2017, we now offer the following flat rate shipping methods:


USPS First Class - $5 or FREE when you purchase $60 or more. (delivered in 1 - 5 days)

USPS Priority Flat Rate - $10 (delivered in 1 - 3 days)

FedEx 2-Day - $20 (delivered in 1-2 days)

FedEx OneRate Overnight - $25 (delivered in 1 day if you placed your order before 1 pm EST / 10 am PST)


How do I track my order?


No matter what shipping method or carrier you selected, you can track your order from our Aftership page. Simply copy the tracking number you were emailed shortly after placing your order and paste it into the Aftership order tracker. Tracking updates may be delayed by 1-2 hours, although for the most part, Afterhsip is an extremely reliable order tracking system. Keep in mind that mail carriers are human, too, and occasionally forget to scan a package when it reaches a new checkpoint.



I never received the tracking number for my order.


If you haven’t received an email confirmation with your tracking number and it’s been longer than 48 hours after you placed your order, please contact us at Support@supplementsforwork.com with your order number in the subject.


Where is my order shipping from? 


As of 5/19/2017, all orders are shipped from our warehouse located in the New York metropolitan area. The decision to base our shipping warehouse in New York (While our main office is in Los Angeles) allows us to manage the volume of orders we receive each day while working with a team of experienced and trusted logistic professionals who handle every order with expert percision and pakage each item with attention to detail. The result is that no orders get lost in the mail, no products are damaged during shipping, every customer's order is shipped without fail and are now able to provide our customers with a same day shipping guarantee.



When will my order arrive?

While customers who select FedEx as their shipping option will receive their orders in 1-2 days (depending on if you chose FedEx 2Day or Overnight), customers who select USPS as their shipping option should refer to this USPS Priority Shipping Service Map to get a better understanding of when they should expect their order to arrive:



For a more accurate delivery time based on your location, use the tracking number emailed to you after your order has been shipped. 

 

Is there any way I can receive my order even faster than that?


Here is a life-hack courtesy of Supplements for Work: When tracking your package, you can usually intercept it at any post office as soon as it arrives. This works for most mail carriers, however, it does not work when your order is sitting in a shipping warehouses.


For example, if your order was sent USPS Priority and your package is tracked to your local post office, but your postman usually doesn’t deliver the mail until 2 p.m., you can go to the post office as soon as they open (9 a.m. in most cities) and ask that they find your package before it is loaded on your postman’s truck for delivery. Keep in mind that you are asking the postal worker at the counter for a favor and that they are not obligated to sort through piles of mail to find your package, but this lifehack works 9 times out of 10. Tere is only a small window between when the package arrives at your local USPS facility, is sorted, then loaded onto the mail truck for delivery, but you may be able to save yourself half a day of waiting for your package to be delivered.

I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address! What do I do?


With USPS, you can change the address, redirect the shipping, or put a stop on any order that hasn’t been delivered or is already with the delivery driver here. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do if your order is delivered to the wrong address, which is why it’s important to make sure you enter the correct shipping address. You can change your shipping address from your account on www.supplementsforwork.com. 


Will I Need To Sign For My Package?


By default, we do not require a signature on any orders. If you would like to request signature required service for your order, please contact us before placing your order and we will arrange this for a small fee.


My order was lost/stolen!


Our refund policy does not cover orders where the tracking shows delivered, but the item may have been lost or stolen. If you cannot locate your order after it has been delivered, you can open an investigation by contacting the mail carrier who delivered your order. Once you initiate the lost/stolen package claim, we will assist you to the best of our ability in tracking down your order.
